Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers about our advisory model, warrants, process, and pricing
Partnership & Warrants
Because we're partners, not vendors. We bet on your success and only win when you do. Taking equity warrants aligns our incentives completely with yours—we're motivated to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
We typically take 0.5% equity warrants in each engagement. The specific terms are discussed transparently during your initial consultation.
No. We provide advisory services and take warrants as part of our compensation structure. We connect you to investors and broker-dealers who provide the capital.
Process & Timeline
We stay with you month-to-month until you close. No abandonment. Our commitment doesn't end at an arbitrary timeline—we're with you until your capital raise is complete.
Most capital raises take 3-6 months from start to close. Month 1 focuses on building materials, Months 2-3 on introductions and meetings, and Months 3-6 on due diligence and closing.
We continue working with you on a month-to-month basis until your raise closes. Our all-inclusive fee structure remains the same.
While we prefer continuous momentum for the best results, we can discuss pausing if circumstances require it. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Services & Deliverables
Everything: investment-grade pitch deck, 3-5 year financial model, valuation analysis, executive summary, data room preparation, broker-dealer introductions (5+), unlimited investor introductions, presentation coaching, negotiation strategy, and ongoing advisory.

You'll sign an advisory agreement outlining our services, fees, warrant structure, and confidentiality terms. We recommend having your attorney review all agreements.
